    Submitting complete and accurate information helps us review a complaint efficiently. Notices that omit required information may be delayed, rejected, or returned for clarification.

    What Happens After We Receive a Notice?

    When we receive a complete and valid copyright-infringement notice, we may:

    • Review the identified content and supporting information
    • Contact the complainant for clarification
    • Remove or restrict access to the disputed material
    • Notify the person who provided or published the affected material
    • Provide that person with a copy of the complaint
    • Take other action we consider appropriate

    Removal of content does not necessarily mean that apkspots.pk accepts liability or agrees with every statement made in a complaint.

    We reserve the right to reject incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or legally insufficient notices.

    Counter-Notification

    If material you submitted was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification.

    Your counter-notification should contain:

    • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before its removal.
    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification.
    • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
    • If required under the DMCA, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original complaint or that person’s agent.
